Where are you based?
Yoho is based in Bristol. We hire nationwide, as
well as sending crews and equipment all around the world.
What are your payment terms?
For new hirers, our payment terms are 100% ahead
of the hire start date. For existing customers we invoice on a standard 30 day
term.
How do I pay?
You can pay by cash, cheque or BACS (bank
transfer). Ask us for details when you book.
What Paperwork is required?
Our insurance requires that we see either a passport and/or driving license from new hirers and proof of address, which must match the registered address of you or your company; for example a utility bill, credit card or bank statement (excludes all invoices, mobile phone and television/media bills).
Do I need Insurance?
All hirers must have full insurance to cover the cost of replacement and loss of hire charges. To arrange cover please contact one of the insurance companies listed below.
